How the Claiming Process Works

Direct Redress Limited is a Claims Management Company (CMC). You do not have to use a Claims Management Company to pursue a claim. You can claim for free, without using a claims management company, first to the third party responsible or to the Financial Ombudsman Service/Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

If you choose to use a Claims Management Company and your claim is successful you will be charged a success fee from the compensation you receive.
